200bhp on stock internals???

Got a 94 ep82 running 176 atm.
but feel i am wanting a bit more and just wana make sure before i start to play about.
would it be safe/able to get 200 bhp at the wheels on stock internals or is that just an accident waiting to happen.
also what turbo would be best for the job. running standard turbo atm??
any help/feedback would be greatly appreciated.
