i think its a 2 bar map sensor.

can we use it on our 4efte?
what gains will we get if well use this? will it raise the fuel cut?
anyone tried this?

3sgte map sensor is 3 bar (i think)

you will gain nothing, as the map sensor is just for reading pressure and not alter it.
i think some ppl tryed it, and it works.

if u want to boost beyond 1.2ish( the boost that starlet stock map sensor reads )
get it.

it will not alter the fuel cut? raise? planning to boost @ 1bar
btw my stock map sensor is PN 89420-10010

for 1 bar boost, the stock map sensor will come out fine mate.

the fuel cut is a ecu parameter, not a map sensor. to raise the fuel cut, u must use some kind of FCD or aftermarket ecu (emanage, power fc etc etc.)

1 bar without fcd?

mystock mapsensor PN is Part number : 89420-10020

they mean 1 bar needs aftermarket ECU or FCD

without any mangaments u will hit fuel cut

if you change the pressure sensor i'd advise you to use some form of after market ECU (piggy back or what ever) as the sensor can only give out a signal i.e. 0-5v, regardless of what pressure it can read

also im after buying a rev3(94-99 i think) mr2 map sensor which is a 3bar map sensor.plugs straight in also. id recommend that if looking for a bigger map sensor
