I have 300mm high spec kit under my 15" wheels. 4 pot calipers,300mm discs, alloy bells and to say its tight is an understatement.theres 2mm clearence and the wheel weights have t be put on the inside outer rim.
The only problem you will find with the pug brembos is there not as slimline as the after market calipers.but i would have thought if your going no bigger than a 280mm disc you will be fine

I want to get bigger brakes as well.

I know one guy who put mondeo v6 brakes to his fiesta with 15" wheels... dirt cheap he said. Don't know how hard it would be to make them fit a toyota, but they are 280 mm, cheap and deffo fit under 15"

Don't forget that the shape of the inside of each type of wheel makes a huge difference. There are 15" wheels (MIMM) that you can't go bigger than 260mm/4pot inside, then there are others like many Team Dynamics / Compomotive etc that you can even get 310mm/4pots inside on a 15"!

As a rule of thumb 280mm / 15" is about the usual maximum...on most wheels.

Hope that helps!
