I think Andrew's/Adam's old blue GT was running 330HP on standard box.

Are you talking about fitting a 4EFTE box on a 5EFTE conversion yeah? Then yeah, flywheels are different I believe?

dont no want power thay can take but iv pull the gearbox mount out the back of the gearbox

If you are building up a 5E you will need a new clutc, it uses a smaller 200mm clutch. And no, you cant fit the 4E flywheel to it which sucks.

As for power, plenty of people are running 250bhp+ and never seem to have a problem. Depends how you treat it i guess. It wont last forever (my gbox hax done 126k miles or there about on stock power, ad its near the end of its life (2nd gear syncro fooked and 3rd gear is hard to engage)

They will fit, and the 4E-FTE gearbox is said to be slightly stronger then that of the 5E. I currently run a 5E gearbox on a 4E-FTE (the opposite of what I understood you want to do).
