4e torque setting

Right going to be building a forged engine over the winter but don't know where I can get the torque setting from for all the nuts/bolt on the engine/head bolts crank bolts (everything that I will be undoing/doing up

The link that you posted i assume that these figures are for standard engine, i:e rods, pistons... is that correct? Thanks

This is correct. As mentioned by lukep the fasteners with the uprate parts will come with their recommended torque setting.
