4efte ELS and ac idle up

hi ive tried searching the forums about this specific electrical part of our 4efte but i cant seem to find the right thread.. anyways i have a problem with this parts.. my car was converted to left hand drive and now i think the electrician failed to reinstall the ELS (the part that makes the idle go up if the car is on electrical load). my rpm dips when my lights are switched on. it also dips when my ac is on.. anyone knows where to find this components? how to fix this? wiring diagram?

If you look for the pin out diagrams in the awfully helpful electrical section you will see where the ELS function switches into the ECU. It gets powered up from a few different points, the easy one to find is the tail light relay.

It could also be the ECU does not know the car is at idle, check the TPS setting to see if it shows the throttle closed when it is.
