4efte throttle stop screw

Hi guys,
I need your help to restore the throttle stop settings of my 4efte 2nd gen(m/t). what is the clearance(in millimeter) between the throttle lever and the stop screw wall?

as far as i know it doesnt matter because you just make sure the idling is fine

I played this screw and set the tps properly. The car idles perfectly(850rpm) but when I drove the car and lift off the throttle while cruising down, the car slows down so quickly feels like theres no enough air coming in the throttle.
