Well I guess I couldn't post up my WIP of the car but I can post up the first start!

I have....

Cp Race Pistons
Pauter Rods
Ported head
296 Cams
Custom Valves
TD04L but going T-28
440cc injectors currently
and many, many more mods.

I still have to set the ignition timing correct. But when I'm done with this beast, it WILL see 300hp plus!!!!!!

them cams are abit long ain they mate. havent seen the vid yet though as im at work. similar build to my engine. the TD04L will see you over 300bhp with out the use of T28 though dude.

Sorry, I'm talking WHP. I don't think those cams will be bad once I get the car dialed in. This is just my TOY so I want big numbers out of it!!!!!! My T-28 is in the mail. I'm going with a Tial 38mm wastegate and Screamer Pipe. I'll have to go to a larger injectors as well.

i kn0w some one that was running and testing high cams in the edmonton area of london, and he broke his head running 282 long duration. he was running 308bhp from the 4e. jus my 2p

I'm not running a 4e. I'm running a 5e bottom end with a 4e head. I strongly believe I'll be fine. BUT I thank you for letting me know that. Do you have any more details on what happened???

Theres a lot more to cam's than the overall advertised duration.

Do you have the full spec's?

I.e. 1mill lift duration, max lift etc etc.

what ecu are you using on this?
you will need a pretty good standalone to keep 296's in check

which spec t28 have you ordered i got a t28 on my 4e makes good power had it RR tuesday. You staying with the EMB as the only problem i found was with the EMB & 460 injectors is it idles really poor, other than that its fine

I honestly can't say what T-28 I have. I bought it from a member on another site. It's still in the mail. I know it's off a Nissan.

For now I'll be staying with the emange. I already can't get the car to idle below 1200rpm without wanting to quit. I have some bugs to work out yet.
