they are the same as far as fitment goes

5efhe has higher static CR, better cams, stronger rods

well if is cheaper for the 5e go with that because you planning to change the internals anyway but the 5efhe head has higher lift cams

Yup - culminates to a gain of 21bhp over the 5EFE, so 110bhp against 89bhp (UKDM 5EFE)
