We do these conversionS (forged) all the time let me know if you need some help.
We would advice the following for simplicity:
4efte Low Comp Forged Pistons (pending what CR you are looking to achieve)
5e Forged Rods like Pauters
5e bottom end
5e ACL Mains Bearings, Rod Bearings and Thrust Washers
1.2mm Metal HG (Again depends on CR, we just prefer to lower comp with pistons and use a reliatively normal size gasket
4efte Sump (saves having to make a oil return feed)
4efte Head (Again 5e can be used if you already have, 5e cams also have a little more duration and lift)
5e Timing Belt
That's about it really, loads of variations with these conversion, some use 4efte parts, others retain all 5e and modify to suit.
