5efhe head on a 4efte bottom half

thinking about using a 5efhe head on the standard 4efte bottom half i want to find out:

what timing marks am i to use on the fhe cams... the 4e timing mark or the 5e timing mark?
also if this has been done already can someone tell me if it is a good mod?
and if it is what are the gains of it

youd be swaping a head thats the same ..only differance would be a little bigger lift on the 5efhe cams the heads are same

Yes and if your using the 5 fhe cams use the shims from that head
