very little in it mate, it would need to be 5efhe to make it a worth while upgrade! though for anyone needing a fresh head then this should be as good as any

yup no prob mate, if you click that link and read what ian posted, the 5efe cams actually are slightly more agressive than 4e so that knowledge should do nothing but help your sale

I tought the 5EFE cams were the same but the 5EFHE had more lift.

going by what the link says spuddy, it would seem the 5efhe have more than 4e with the 5e pretty much half way between! either way there is so little in it i cant say it would give noticeable differences!

yes 5efe cams are the same & 5efhe are a slight upgrade. the rocker cover will fit also
