arite guys, thought i would stick this up cause i think my gearbox is gonna go soon, it crunches goin into 3rd gear almost all the time.

Buy the syncros from Struans in Dundee, then take your box to Tay-trans.
Ill be getting a full set of syncros etc for my spare box through the winter.

how much are the parts for rebuilding it mate? my box is shagged in 3rd. just happened suddenly

Havent a clue at this moment.
Ive not got them yet, but im not really worried, if there expensive or not.
Will give them a buzz and find out though.

I priced bits up for a Glanza on ebay with a fucked 2nd gear (still on ebay actually, white one)

Syncro was working out at £36, then the actual 2nd gear was £96 !!! And something else...was £17. So depending if your actual gear wheel is fooked, it aint that expensive. The money comes in at the stripping down bit (labour) unless you can do it yourself
