Abbreviations+noob=?

Hi all!

member of ukstarletclub also.

want to get an ep 82 towards the end of this year.

i surf around the forums reading about builds and ive been learning about the ep etc.

but i cant understand all these abbreviations like ffprf/fmi/ffrffrrfsfg

haha.

any way, i was wondering if you/somebody could do a little guide/list i.e

FMI=front mounted inter cooler.(this is the only one i know:()

and if possible perhaps wright a little about it/why you need it etc.

FMIC-front mount inter cooler
FCD- fuel cut defender
RRFPR-rising rate fuel pressure regulator
EBC- electronic boost controller
im sure theres loads of others but thats a start

we could do with a site dictionary which when ppl type these words it allows u to click them and obviously explain what they mean to anyone who doesnt know. I will see if the admin can sort something out :)

FMIC= Front Mount Intercooler
RRFPR = Rising rate fuel pressure regulator
FCD = Fuel Cut defenser
LCD = Limited Slip differential
BOV = Blow off Valve
BPV = Bypass Valve
DV = Dump Valve (for you guys)
DP = Down Pipe/De-cat
BHP = Brake Horse Power ( just in case :p)

the GT4OC have something similar, keywords are underlined and if you place the cursor over them it explains what they are, kinda handy for newbies :)

thats brilliant!

Could do with descriptions etc

but that would be asking a little to much:)

i guess it would stop people posting threads,asking what things do and why,if you had a 'dictionary' explaining etc

just search? (button up top^^), or try wikipedia/search on google.

you'll understand the basics in seconds just by reading whatever google throws up.
