Act clutch problem

Hello lad change the clutch in the car to a act 6 puck clutch , bled the system up it was fine , as soon as you start the car Pedal goes soft like a standard clutch . Turn the car off again pump it few times goes normal

Ive changed the slave cylinder
double checked the lines
Checked the seals in the clutch master cylinder
Changed release bearing same problem
No changed in pressure of brakes
It can chnaged gear if you start it in gear as soon as you get to fourth it wont change

The slave cylinder moves out the full way when soft aswell

Would a faulty pressure plate do this ?

Need to get this sorted want to have the thing finished before the snow comes

Check the fork is not bent and located on the round spud inside the bell housing.

if your saying you need to pump it then it does sound like master/slave cylinder is the problem, you have air in the system or a leak. i wouldnt have thought it is anything mechanical if you need to pump it?????

its definetly on the spud thing ill check 2moro if its not bent

Changed the slave cylinder wit one i new was working , might ave the loan of a mater clutch cylinger 2moro

Pinch the flexi hose at the gearbox with a brake hose clamp (click). If the clutch pedal is hard (don't stamp on the pedal, just apply some gentle pressure) with the hose clamped then the master cylinder is good, if the pedal sinks then either the seals in the cylinder are passing fluid or you've still got air in the system.

The pedal is rock sold after a gentle push on it
