right, my turbo is coming off tomorrow hopefully, to get sent for a rebuild as its smoking.
Now its a rotated(downwards) ct9 hybrid, so the actuator doesnt fit normally.
Im the king of bodges with tie wraps(cable ties) and thats how my actuator is held on by - around 6 tie wraps.
whislt turbo is off, i want to make a bracket for the ctuator, like weejohns actuator kit for the td04.
Question is, what material do i use, aluminium, mild steel?? and also what thickness? 3mm,4mm5mm?
