i wanna control my boost via my gredddy boost controller but atm its set on the actuator how do i go about this??

either install it the way it is or set the actuator back to standard boost and go from there im having problems with mine at the mo my actuator is set at 12psi but it seems to stop revving at 4000rpm but still boosting???
