I have an adjustable aftermarket actuator on my glanzas turbo set up is there a way of adjusting it without removing it?

remove the clip that holds its to the wastegate arm and pull it out from it.
grip the arm with a pliers and loosen the lock nut (10mm) and then twist the arm in the way you want to adjust the actuator.

do not adjust it while its still attached to the wastegate arm or you will damage the diaphram in the actuator.

Yeah undo the nut and twist the end, dont twist the whole thing or you will ruin the actuator.

R clips do work ok i beleve, your best bet is to go to halfords and get a box of clips as they are stupidly hard to find when they ping off!
