Hi Faisal,

I just checked everything and it seems fine. I have run a cleanup procedure which has now completed can you check and see if the problem persists.

Also remember that these are not new PMs they are unread PM's meaning they could be days/weeks/months old but not opened yet so make sure they are not buried a few pages back in your PM's
