air/fuel gauge insallation?

Hey everyone.

just need to no where you conect the gauge into? i take it it goes to the lamba sensor in the exhaust????
if so which wire is the live signal wire??
any help would be great and pics would help more if u have any lol

Theres only one wire coming from the Lambda sensor, instal it in the loom side.
Other than that hook it up like any other gauge.
This is going on the gauge being a narrow band?

believe he's refering to the narrowband doesn't give the most accurate reading for setting your fuel to air ratio where the wideband gives very close info so as to set it up really finely... So he wants to know how will it help you setting up the car?(I think)
 
there is a wire on the sensor which is on the downpipe, run you wire into that, then connect the live, earth and dimmer wire(if it has one), the narrow band will give you a rough idea and works on a small voltage sensor eg 1v and wideband uses it own sensor on a bigger voltage eg 5v and gives a much more accurate reading but also cost alot more
