Alloys: look v/s performance

[1] I would like to know some opinions: On a lightly tuned Glanza (approx. 140 bhp) you would go for
- 15" alloys for reactive acceleration?
or
- 16" alloys for less reactive acceleration but nice look?

[2] If those 16" are ultra light alloys compared to normal 15" will the 16" ones have same performance as the 15"? Or will 15" still have sharper acceleration?

people generally go for 15" alloys on starlets unless you have alot of power and need to get the power down.

depends what you want, how hardcore you wanna be lol, the difference will be minimal imo
