Sounds like the big end to me.

Does it occur under load on deceleration / acceleration?

Big end shells are worn, have you had any oil pressure issues, kept the oil levels in check? Although sometimes it is deceptive in the videos.

Good news is that it sounds like it's in the early stages so avoid driving it otherwise you could score the crank.

oil is fine.. not sure about oil pressure... will try to keep it off road for now...
start looking for a cheap 4efte but hoping to just swap over...
havent got much £££ left though as spent most of it on conversion....
