as the title says,im thinkin bout getting into it as a career,main quesation would be,is it boring??would ya get fed up of it quickly.i like working with numbers which obviously helps but its the other parts id be worried about like business law etc

Book keeping is boring, but auditing and other financial related jobs that require a degree and ACA qualification are interesting.

When you work for big firms you travel the u.k and the world meeting with clients. so your not stuck in the same routine.

But the market for graduate jobs is quite competitive at the moment

nothing is boring IF YOUR HEART'S IN IT. same way someone else who's uninterested in cars will wonder why us members "waste" our time on the forum, coz they will never understand the passion behind why we are here. so mate, i'd say if numbers are your thing, go for it. it's never boring if you enjoy it..
