Just had it rolling roaded and it only made 165 bhp and 185 lb/ft but it was running well lean,so guna buy an fpr n sort it out,wot is the standard fuel pressure supposed to be?

is that at the wheels or the fly wheel? i thought the blitz access dont like after market fpr and it spasses them out, intrested as i got a blitz access ecu and thought they normaly fuel preaty good at 1bar and a bit rich at top end?

Thats what i thought so nt sure,iv got good fuel pressure etc so wondered if injectors are slightly blocked and yea thats at the fly so bit gutted but at least i no its down on power n cn b rectifyed to up the power and its nt a shit engine lol

have u still got the oem fuel pump, fpr and injectors as i have read that changing these will spass out the access ecu, did they play around with it on the dyno as lowering the boost a bit mite bring the a/f ratio a little closer to the safe side. i would of though if the injectors were blocked it wouldnt run 100% and they would of picked that up on the dyno when the tecnition was doing ur car. it could be that ur blitz access eca was not ment to run that much boost or was set up for just the ct9 set up runnin 1bar or just under, keep us posted as to what the out come is as all the info possible on these ecu is helpfull

Yea running oe fuel pump and injectors. Forgot to mention im usin a ct12a turbo,the bloke who did dyno run tbh i dnt yhink he had a clue wot he was doing so takin it to proper tuners,Got fpr fitted and booked in at scooby clinic on fri for set up so hopefully shud get sum better figures

It made 181.7 bhp and 200 lb/ft but the ecu is running rich high up in the revs so thinking maybe the ecu was mapped for a bigger turbo when it was in japan to accommodate the extra fuel,still nt a bad figure to say it running rich lol,shame i cnt map the ecu or find out what turbo the ecu is mapped for

i would be happy with that mate.
i think they all run rich at top end for some reason but there must be a way of finding out what they are mapped for. hopefully getting mine on the dyno in the next week or 2 and im guessing it will run rich at top end aswell

No m8 it was well rich,safe but rich it shudnt have been as rich as it was maybe time.for a bigger turbo to compensate lol,it runs well and is quick on the road so cnt complain. Was thinking maybe email the serial number of the ecu to blitz and c if they cn shed some light on the original setup. Wot set up are u running superspat?

i was thinking of the same thing or try and give them a call but think email will be easyer. ur ecu mite be set up for a blitz turbo or something bigger than than the ct9. what dose the caseing look like and what stickers has it got on it, as read some were that there are 3 diffrent blitz ecu, one for the ct9 turbo with mild mods and then the 2 others are for bigger turbos, i reckon that back in the day they sold the ecu with the blitz turbo kit as a package and a kinda power up kit for the ct9 but its i pain in ass not knowing what 1 you get.
at the mo im only running
blitz access ecu
ct9a with ported waistgate and bell housing (reduce lag)
hks actuator
trd leads and plugs
s/s manifold
de-cat and cat back exhaust
fmic
air filter in front bumper
air con removed and striped interia
only running 0.7 bar till i can get some more actuator clips to ajust the waistgate a bit more

Pretty much same spec then,with the extra fuel mine has got at the top it must b for a bigger turbo,wouldnt mind a blitz kit but they nt rate cheap lol. Iv heard that theres 3 dif types,guna take it out tomoz n av a good look at it

what boost are you running mate and any other engine mods, just tryin to get a idea of what mine could be fueling, set my actuator to 0.8bar yesterday but think i mie set it to 1bar if yours is over fueling at top as mine smells really rich. from what i read and heard all 3 are the same apart from the blitz access sticker is slightly diffrent depending which of 3 you have got, i was told that the 1 i got is for the ct9 or similar turbo, post a pic of yours and will get a pic of mine tommro and then we can see if they are the same.. what make fpr did you get in the end as gonna get 1 for pice of mind for when i goes on the dyno next week

mods are what pretty much as the top,i had actuator set at 1.1 bar but when it came on boost it had a spike and ran lean so took it down to a bar and it got rid of the spike and has made it alot smoother on the road. i bought an FSE motorsport 1-1 ratio fpr works great and looks pretty smart aswel me and my bro have used them on all are turbo cars when setting up and they work great and good value for money, il try n get a pic tomoz but laptop playing up so if you could post a pic of yours and il tell you if mine the same,its worth getting a fpr cz even if it needs a minor tweak on the dyno it could make a good difference in power

had mine on the dyno the other day and it made 158.1hp at 0.7 bar, my blitz fueling was good but ran rich at top end between 10/11 but is safe, the bloke said if i fitted a hybrid the fueling would be sound, im gonna get a apexi neo or avfc thing to make some fine ajustments to the fueling at the top end to get the most out of it, but at least its got enough fule to keep the cylinders cool, lol, when i get it back on the dyno next month setting the boost to 0.8 bar on actuator and 1bar on electronic boost controller and ajust the gain to get it spooled and on full boost by 2.5k and hopefully it will hold the boost bang on 1bar till the end, have u had any luck with ur ecu yet not had internet for a while so not been able to post a pic but will on the weekend but im guessing ours are the same

Tbh iv left it how it is its overfueling but running really well at the min nt full potential i suppose but goes like fuck lol, push astra vxrs all ova the place lol. At 3800 rpm its at 13.3 it then gradually goes down to 10 by 6000 rpm,bigger turbo needed then i think
