Now it sounds silly but check the connection to the distributer, make sure that's on and not getting lose,

might be worth trying another coil,the coil might be not gen alot of spark when putting ur foot down

cheers guys, i think it could be the coil will be doing a diagnostic test this evening will keep people posted on the results. Any one have an idea on how much a coil will cost.
