To be 100% honest, dont bother, cos i beat a GT4 with my monster Street Starlet GT with easy, LITERALLY.
After experiencing that moment, i have no faith with any 3SGTE conversions. Waste of time in my books. If my GT can beat one, whats the point of fitting an engine like that to my GT. Just remember, my starlet is pretty well modified.
I have another engine which i'm considering installing in my GT, and it should be good for around 500HP.

a gt4 is not a starlet with a 3sgte fitted is it? that must be one "monster street starlet gt" you have! whats the engine spec of your car or do you even know?

dan3sgte might be a good person too ask, he has done this conversion in his gt.

How can a 3sgte in a starlet be a bad idea because you beat one celica that you don't even know if It was a turbo one or not? Lol.
A 3sgte is a bigger more capable engine that you can fit bigger turbos to etc. And 350hp is easily achievable with little lag and no problems. So if a gt with a 4e had 350hp that is 0000's but a 3sgte that is probably only basic mods.
And remember the basic rule for tuning kids
There is no replacement for displacement!

i think the 3sgte engine is fantastic and would make a very impressive convertion.
its not all about power as the torque in such a small car would be an animal to drive.
not sure if the 2.0 lump would make it to heavy over the front wheels.....

In my opinion this fella seems to have a very estranged view on things (in other words he hasn't a clue)but you cant really ban someone for talking shit...
It seems to me that his comments are so ridiculously off the wall at times that i have taught once or twice that it is somebody taking the piss and just trying to rise ye(which is working),,therefore i would just ignore him..

well was not planning it myself like just wanted to no if it had been done, id prefer to go tdo4 or maybe 05 , would prob leave a gt4 anyway if you could get tracion, cheers for info anyway,
