My old car
If I had the cash I would buy it back in a heartbeat.
What do you want to know? It had a new engine fitted about 2 months before I sold it. Engine was from an early GT Turbo and mint. Milage was apparently <50K but there was nothing to prove that. Mark@CMB fitted it.
It also had a brand new Tong Hybrid Turbo, Zisco Manifold and exhaust system. The whole exhaust is Japspeed, not just the centre section. Unless they have changed the induction then it is not Apexi. Its just a homemade Filter relocation and a cheap Autoparts filter. The whole car wasn't resprayed. Just the front bumper, wings, and sides of the car, Boot, roof and bonnet weren't done.
HDi boost controller is knackered. Boost can't be adjust with it, but it does have a HKS actuator. There is no FCD as it doesn't need one since it has Emanage blue.
Anything else you want to know just ask
spot on jamie,
i know its at a great price just what she is looking for,
last point about boost controller great help may be able to knock down as of that.
cheers
It is a great little car with a shed load of money spent on it. It is also one of the best looking Glanza's around IMO.
I would just be a bit concerned about the gearbox and speedo. I am pretty sure the crankshaft seal was wheeping slightly so check that out too. The boost controller definetly wasn't working when I sold the car. Also, the decat was welded as it had cracked so check that. One of the turbo studs to decat also threaded so there was a loose bolt on the decat. It wasn't leaking though so it should be okay. The car is pretty laggy, but I think that may be down to the boost controller. It hits full boost 1.1-1.2 bar at 4k. Most people with a Tong GT turbo report full boost by 3k.
There are also a few fag burns on the drivers seat. I think a previous owner was a stoner :homer:
Door locks are very stiff and boot lock didn't work, had to open it from inside the car. There is a bit on the bootlid that has been touched up with what looks like tip-ex. Slight bit of rust showing on the bonnet where stonechips were starting to come through.
I am being very pernickity and those problems are very minor, providing they have esculated from when I sold it.
Exactly what im after jamie tah,
The missus is very specific in what she wants and it needs to be perfect this maybe put her off time will tell
cheers again
Yea it really is a stunner of a car. I hope that it's still as nice in the flesh as when I sold it. You'd think he'd take some new pictures though and not use the ones from my Sale ad from over a year ago lol.
