anyone on here do weights?

best ive done is 100kg for 3 reps with no spotter, that took about 11 months of training with a start of 60kgs at 6/7ish reps, i normally do 90kgs for 10 reps.
I dont do the gym through the summer only the winter.

5foot 11 at 13.5 stone cant remember my body fat percentage lol

can do 110kg max one or two reps. usually bench 3x6 reps of 65-75 depending how im feeling

i honestly havent seen whats the max i can lift will have to do it when im in, i up at 3x 10 reps of 50kg with a 5-10 rep 60 to finish off all depending on how bad i am haha

im 6"6 - 19 stone

i weigh 10.68 stones and benched 80kgs on an olympic bar that weighs approx 25-30kg after my 4th rep my shoulder popped out that was 2 years ago and i havnt been able to bench more than 60kg since...ouch!

last time i done it with my bro, (he runs a lesiure) i was just about doing 150kg and he was nearly at 200kg

im 6'0 nearly 15 stone, im used to lifting gearboxs in on my own etc
 
wee haha i taut 75kg was heavy, most i done was 82.5kg , just about got the 4 hehe. i stopped doin weights about 3 years ago and can only bench 60 now

lol i hate the gym i do sit ups every day helps me out of bed so at least one sit up a day =5.11 12 stone tank

Try to bench mine if you will be able to hold it for over 1 minute I will give you £100 - it's about twice the size of the standard gearbox -)

I have a good friend of mine he spend at least 2 hours a day doing weights probably for the last 10 years..... Massive bloke -))))))) The thing is I don't really want to do it, as if you started you have to do it all the time till the rest of your days and then if you stop doing it.....

I used to bench 70x5 squat 130x5 and deadlift 110x5 at 5ft 7 and 74kg. Now I'm a racing cyclist (time trials) and only weigh 62kg! Tried benching the other day and just about did 50kg haha!!

im doing 3x10 on 80kg max atm. given up on trying to get bigger than i am. currently sitting at a shade over 13 stone and 6ft 2
