the synchro came off pretty easy. just a normal puller. the gears i used a normal puller and a heat gun and they eventually came off.
the bearings were a bit harder, i used an internal race bearing puller. it was a bit of a bastard but got there in the end. they dont need a lot to get them off, but it hard to get a puller to grip on them properly.
refitting was easier, i just heated the bearings up using an induction heater and then boshed them on. same with the gears.
