ashtray, cam cover and few other bits needed!!

heya people does anyone have these bits as i need them:

1. cam cover
2. ashtray
3. parcel shelf
4. the clear plastic bit infront of the dials.
5. recaro interior (wat eva u have seats or doorcards etc)
