Assistance please fellas

Just after a engine swap
Kept original clutch and gearbox was no problems before
But now starter makes a loud I mean loud whiring
Sound needs replaced but this just came on after the swap
Main problem is when driving I'm getting a loud groaning
Almost like a plane in the distance from the front of the car
Feels like front right which wasn't there before
Goes up with speed dissappear a at higher speeds
And comes down when I slow down doesn't make a
Difference I'd clutch engaged in gear or car even turned off

Couple of options I'm thinking the clutch cover plate thingy
Is warped a wee bit rubbing against flywheel
Or gearbox has a problem that it's affected starter Aswell
Changes all oils for fresh and fluids used flywheel
Off new engine which was running from another car without problem
It's driving me mad spent 2 weeks building her
Up between work and sleep cost me a fortune and I'm
Not giving up yet
