At029 black box

Found this behind the dash today and wondered what it was. Small black box with AT-029 on it. And a small jap sticker. Any ideas?

No mate. Was thinking about taking. Just to lazy. It's behind the panel that covers the drivers side speaker. Just right of the steering coloumb

ive got a random black box behind my driver side speaker uner steering wheel, all i could think it might be is something too do with the alarm.
