Naa, the goverment due to the financial crises deside than to buy new motos to send half of them on the roads by foot and train the other half with flying lessons in case a hot air persuit hapen again...

Yea i know him Sheldon. I rebuilt his starlet in his first escape attemp...
He use to drive it at 0.8 tho cause police cars here follow the speed trafic signs when persuit and have a speed cut at 120 km/h and a really bad fuell map.
