Who in the Uk holds such a tool surely its quite specialist going by what you are saying

yeah they are specalist, but anyone who builds these engines will have them setup. i have one for the 3sgte as thats what i usually build but also got one for the 4e/5e now because i was going to do a build for myself.

as for distortion you'd be very supprised on how much they do actually move.
