Ye should be well enough, just keep the AV an scanners up to date an you should be fine, would be backing up anything important though.. Just in case

NOD32 is very good, as is kaspersky. you can get the oem antivirus 1 year license for around £6-8. i've tried them all and kaspersky seems to be the most effective imo
