Best lowering springs for ep82 on standard shocks

got ep82, will be using standard shocks.

what the best brand of lowering springs that will lower the car 30mm to 40mm and still retain some ride comfort

i have a set of tein springs on my girlfriends and my car. they are a great spring for a stock setup.
they dont go silly low like some, but they sound like they will do what you want nicely.

i have a set of pi 40mm. i know they ain't jap but there superb. solid through corners but good damper travel on bumpy roads etc. smooth. i'd still have them on but went bc's

the Pi springs are utter crap. had a set and they are bollocks. too low at the front and too soft, was constantly bouncing off the bumpstops.
replaced them with teins and they are a million times better

teins have to be top of the pile when it comes to spring kit alone mate they give a great stance and maintain rigidity into the corners

exactly what i had them on. if you tried teins you would think the same mate. the Pi's are awful.

i had them on a gt though. yeh i assume teins are easily better. depends on what moneys you have to spend.

guess so, but pointless buying twice. may as well try and buy something better 1st time round. they werent quite as lethal as the apex springs i had on my GT when i first got it, but not far off.
