at the min i have a hks actuator front mounted intercoller blitz filter with cold air feed i wana start gettin sum more power without risking damaging the engine any suggestions ?

as above.
defo worth gettin a better mani. in the future u will prob wanna up the boost for more power and that becomes dangerous with standard mani as its so restricted in runner 3.

If you can afford it...Get a td04, with supporting mods, and maybe an E-manage blue , run it at .8 of boost, you will have a quite quick car, pushing over 200bhp

sounds good lads i dont wana run it 2 high as i had a n plate glanza b4 with a hybrid turbo and standard mani and were i didnt no to much about them at the time it ended up cracking a piston .. and since that ive been put of then due to thinking that there unreliable... lol

get some of that invisible stuff that comes in bright blue bottles and makes you laugh lots.

a wet 30 shot will go down well

seen this happen many a time. the standard mani was the cause. i ran mine at 1.2 bar on a hybrid. 200bhp. never had a problem. i drove it hard.
