just a question when fitting bigger spec cams, does this mean your engine becomes an interferance engine as in if the cam belt ever snaps theres a chance the vavles could hit the pistons ?

i supose it depends of the lift and valve pocket depth of the piston, head gasket thicknes, amount of skimming done on both block and head etc.

you can turn standerd cams all the way round with no belt on them with it tdc .but will higher lift cams and a standerd turbo enigine you cant do this as the vavles will hit the piston crown at tdc so they have to be interferance then right ?

What's clay them? Lol
You can use plastcene or the so called "silly putty " and put it on the piston tops. Turn the engine by hand, then remove the head and measure the indentation the valves make on the pistons if any. As a general rule here when ordering forged pistons we normally request deeper valve pockets on the pistons.
