bin a bit confused today, EP91, EP82

right im doing a engine conversion on my sr.

and so i thought if you get a ecu, engine wiring loom and the same ep engine

then the wiring is streight forward, just plug and play.

i have a 1998 sr but someone told me today if i got a ep82 then all the wiring is different and the wiring loom out the ep82 is very hard to plug in to a ep91.

is this true?

how easy is the loom to set up?

ok i was going to but an ep82 engine is much easier to come across.

trying to find a good ep91 engine for sale is like gold dust at the moment :(

when doing a enigne conversion is it also only the enigine loom you need? aswell as having the ecu harness ???

this is so confusing lol. the wiring is baffeling me :S

am i right to think then you can have a ep91 wiring loom, ep91 ECU and harness

but a engine out of a ep82?

is that correct cause this stuff is very confusing?
