As you can see in the rest i couldnt get any grip at all ,tried feathering it to no avail,and then the run against rocko it spun to 6.8k in 3rd,put it in 5th and ...100kph grip,bastarding tyres

That eg beat me quick aul car was sick though wasn't paying attention an missed the lights before i knew it he was gone. I noticed you spinning up all day when we ran i was expecting it to be neck and neck, better tyre's and a l.s.d will sort that dude.

Nah mate I didnt get him, he got a cars length on me off the line and I stuck with him all the way but was never catching him lol.

It was a FQ320 with a FQ360 turbo on it, he told me that just before we lined up, good of him I thought. I got the lights because the timing was not working in his lane, would rather tell it that way and have another go at him again. Love those Evos, family car that rocks.

I am shite at launching, always to aggressive. Need to take a lesson from that fella in the Teg, he has it sussed, low revs and let the engine pull to the redline. He runs small wheels and flat tyres as well lol.

That one is a DC2, with an ecu on it I know of for sure.

Think his name is Magoo, been talking to him loads the last 3 drag days and neither of us have asked each other our names, typical.

His girlfriend has a Teg with a black carbon spoiler on it, there was a K20 converted Teg there before that looked like that, think thats where the confusion is.

He is good at it Rocko, no doubt about that.

I have booked in for the 4th already, got a real bug for this now!!

Im not 100% sure its a k20 tbh just what i was told, yea he was running thirteens.

Am I rite in thinking after April theres none untill June? I'll have to get this one booked too.

Second gear took a real kicking the last time, basically have no 2nd gear syncro aww well its going to get another kicking on the 4th I guess.

Really want a 13 second pass, I'm confident I'll get one. prob up the boost in 2nd gear if the weathers nice.

Have the engine out,have the new one there,just have to throw a timing belt and headgasket on it to be safe so should be back on the road by monday night,handy enough to change them

...fucked my back up though,can barely walk because of work:haha:

lol i know man another 3feet and you had me! if i see you there the next day i have another race cos it was very close and there always the best ones

if hes looking to do any mods to it a final drive is his best bet my car still has the jap limiter so im not sure but basically the car sits 500revs higher in the rev range so you dont lose a whole lot bout 8mph, if it really bothered him he could put a 98 integra 5th gear in it aswell.they have a longer 5th so evens it out top end. you wont get any more honda talk from me i swear
