Blitz Duel SBC spec s or r?

As stated is there much of a difference between these two? I know the spec R has two solenoids and can run much higher boost, but is the spec S more than adequate for a td04'd glanza running 1 or 1.1 bar?

Spec S will be fine at that boost but the Spec R maybe worth investing in for future-proofing

We have Blitz products on the shelf if needed
