boiling rad

as above, car is blowing water and steam out of the expansion bottle , no oil in with the water and under the oil caps clean, any suggustions? temp hand stays halfway as its supposed to and shows no indication of boiling over until your stoped?

As above, check the cooling fan is coming on. If the fan is working, replace the thermostat.

fan is always on because a/c was removed, will change the thermostat shortly with one i know works and report back

Plug the pressure sensor back in and your cooling fan will operate as normal as it did before you removed air con

Try another rad cap..

Is the water pump belt on ok and turning the pump? Do you get hot air coming from the heater inside?

pumps turning, new belt fitted and heater is warmish?

Check the above first, then do a leakdown test to see if the headgasket is passing exhaust gas into the system.

You can buy them but they are not something you would use a lot, and it uses a chemical that needs replacing after each test. Best bet would be a mechanic.

comp tested and the results are 144, 129, 129, 149, gona change the hg as i think it may be leaking between cylinder 2 and 3. sound right?
