Boost de-restiction pipes swapped back now only low boost?

Hi, i swapped my pipes over to de-restrict 1st and 2nd gears, I used up a lot more fuel than normal obviously so I swapped them back and now I only have low boost!? I press the button for high boost and it is still on low, producing 0.5 bar.

What is going on?

I didn't notice a difference at all in fuel economy when bypassing the solenoid

But everything is changed back so I don't know how it could have bypassed it?

There was a huge difference for me I have a heavy foot put it that way
