Boost Gauge Colour Control

Going to fit my boost gague sometime today i reckon, how ever. My wiring cosists of..

WHITE/RED = LIVE
BLACK = EARTH
GREEN = HEADLAMP??

So basically when i switch on my lights the gauge changes colour with it to green. only thing is where do i tap this one into? :S please help.

Not sure I know what you mean but from what your saying is this has three wires?

One will be the earth, other to a 12v power source and another to a light source, i.e your sidelights so the backlight comes on when you flick the lights on.

i understand everyother apart form the green one :S, where do you wire it into the sidelgihts?

You can use the wiring from the back of the stereo, easy way to hook it up then. That will have a light wire you can tap into and use for the light.

one will be a permenent live and the other a swithched live, connect them into the yellow and red wires in the stereo harness:freddy:
