These are made by Motor Meter (I run a similar gauge in my Evo). I don't have any pictures of these on as they are brand new, but they light up Red when your lights are on. White when lights are off.

They are 52mm, sorry my lack of detail in the ad is embarrassing lol.

I'm fairly certain these come with wiring instructions (in work so can't check). They aren't car specific instructions, but should be a doddle to follow.
