Boost guage

Think my boost guage is knackered. It just stays right down the bottom of the guage not even on zero, ive checked for airleaks but doesnt seem to be any. Any other reasons for this?:homer:

Its not stuck completely mate it moves up and down a bit but not above the zero lol

Yeah everything else is fine car still drives the same!

hmm not sure what you mean by that, shit me im fick lol, well guess its mechanical, you know just like your normal standard boost guage!:homer:

so the vac pipe goes into the back of the gauge itself?

So it doesn't move at all? Boost pipe hasn't come lose/torn/split etc?

Like i said it moves a bit but its down on like minus 30 vacum or something, i cant find any leaks mate no!

if there aint no leaks and your car is still boosting as it was then the gauge must be funked. Are you 100% sure there are no leaks from the back of the gauge all the way to the engine bay? If your not sure and dont fancy going fiddling under the dash take the gauge off and connect it to the intake manifold right at the engine bay .. you could use the vac hose thats going to your dump valve if you have one and rev the car and see does it jump up any higher than it is at the moment.
