brake pedal solid after boosting ( no brakes)

Last night i got my toe down, boosting up through the gears, as i went for the brakes, the pedal was rock hard, pumped the brake a few time while rolling and it came back on.

I can only think its a problem with the one way valve, drive off boost no problems (vac), as soon as you boot it, same thing happends no brakes,

Any body had this problem before?

rep will be given as i did very nearly lose my life last night due to this lol

Sounds like a split in the seal in the one way valve like you say bud to check the servo pump the pedal til it's solid with engine off then hold your foot on the brake and start up the engine it should sink down slowly and proves the servo is fine.

yeah thats the first thing i tried mate, started the engine, and yeah it sunk back down, Not had a chance to look at and around the servo yet, where is the valve located? is it external?

I'm pretty sure it's fitted in the hose between the inlet manifold and brake servo dude from thinking.
