ok so the drilled and grooved discs on the gt are bolixed

im gonna get mintex pads all round for it

but can anyone recomend cheapish/good quality front break discs


would i be better off getting spurious standered ones in a motorfactors??

i have 2-300 euro to spend

What i would do is get onto Tuning developments on here they are doing a break package consisting of Brake Fluid, EBC Discs and Yellow stuff pads for about 260euro i think. would defo be your best bet, i never found the Mintex pads any good to be honest

deadly,, i know a place that does them prices but i couldnt go back there due to them selling me a bad engine and didnt know anywhere else.

whats the story with these brembo discs ?? do they work with the standered caliper.


i got a price of 274 for discs and pads off tuning development but wanna see what else is out there.

apart from jap parts in rathnew is there anywhere else that could get me a good price on ebc discs???

the brembo/3G discs are renowned for cracking... would it not be cheaper for ya to buy the whole kit that nick dose?

thicker discs as used on celica caliper upgrades will not crack. its the tiny 19mm thickness of disc that cant take the heat of hard driving.
o and brakes are spelt this way, even the moderators cant spell these days!
