I have a receipt for the ross racing pistons. Remember it was rebuilt before I bought it. I had a conversation with the previous owner and it was a cash in hand build by a mechanic. I've been told the head gastek is a toyota item.

I've heard a lot of people on this forum with head gasket issues using a variety of performance gaskets, it seems toyota on the whole may be the best choice.

The engine runs very solidly with no issues or cause for concern. Price reduced to £900 now chaps, my wife wants my car off the drive :)

It was setup to run two boost settings 0.9 bar and 1.1 bar with the apexi avcr. The previous owner mostly used 0.9 and so did I during the cold weather then changing to 1.1 during summer.

No head work apart from general rebuild / good engineering practice and standard rods.
head from 91 ep
bottom end from 95 ep
5e cams
ross racing forged pistons

still 1.3 litre, just the higher lift cams from the toyota 1.5 litre engine. Quite a rare modification really and it's noticeable in it's performance. It has a more linear power band.

Quad lights kept, yours was the only payment left waiting to clear in Paypal, it's down for clearance tomorrow so I'll get them posted to you before the end of the week.
