broke pcv valve on rocker cover

sparayed my rocker cover and tried to take of the pcv valve(think thats what it is called anyway)it just crumbled in my hand im wondering the pipe from that that leads to the inlet mani...

can that be blocked up because when i started the car it just kept on reving higher and higher

i would say blocking it off would be no problom but i would order a new pvc valve and fit it asap....

ok how would i block it of with the suction and ordering it,i take it toyota??? how much would the cost be???
